windows server web hosting

i'm looking desperately for a windows web host as a platform for an
asp.net app. i'm torn between a couple of companies and was wondering
if anybody had any experience with either of them... 1) Weblimits @
http://www.weblimits.com - they have some ace reviews when it comes to
service etc. but don't offer SQL server ('at this time') - or
http://www.1-planhost.com - who seem great features wise but i have no
clue about their support.
if anybody has any suggestions or have experience with 1plan or
weblimits, please let me know.

There is not 100% secure server, but windows is full of bugs. They
should change the name WinBugs or something like that.
