I am hosting websites for my clients on The-Online.com VPS and cPanel shared hosting servers. Some of my clients host adult or illegal content or even some copyrighted material directly taken from other websites while some clients use shared hosting and VPS to send SPAM emails to recipents. 

I wanted to know how does The-Online.com - web hosting company deals with such abuse complaints or coypright infringement complaints and complaints about SPAM emails?
