How Does The-Online.com Hosting Provider Deal with Abuse, DMCA or Coypright Infringement Complaints?

I am hosting websites for my clients on The-Online.com VPS and cPanel shared hosting servers. Some of my clients host adult or illegal content or even some copyrighted material directly taken from other websites while some clients use shared hosting and VPS to send SPAM emails to recipents.

I wanted to know how does The-Online.com - web hosting company deals with such abuse complaints or coypright infringement complaints and complaints about SPAM emails?

I had migrated many sites from Godaddy, Inmotion, Bluehost, and few VPS from Vultr and AWS to The-Online.com for my clients and I got only genuine DMCA complaints forwared by The-Online.com to me. Last time one of my client use a stock photo from getty images and they had filed DMCA at Cloudflare which forwared the complaint to The Online and they forwarded it to me.  A ticket was created by them and their The-Online.com's staff replied it in following exact words: "As a hosting provider, we simply provide the abuse and DMCA complaints we receive over to our customers / end users in an automated way. From there it is up to the customer how they wish to respond to the abuse complaint. Whether they wish to resolve it, dispute it, igore it or work with complainant directly - we do not get in between. thank you."

They are free speech web hosting provider. And I suggest you get their offshore hosting location - Europe or Asia location (after you make payment, inside their hosting manager) to avoid copyright infringement or DMCA abuse complaints.

Even they rarely act upon SPAM complaints that they receive. I've sent tons of unsolicited marketing emails, generally know as SPAM, and never got my cPanel and VPS taken down or supsend by The-Online.com.

Yeah, seems that is why The-Online.com is quite popular and recommend hosting provider on blackhatworld, lowendtalk, webhostingtalk and so on.. Indeed they are safe and secure web hosting company. I'll try their offshore hosting location too to avoid DMCA take down notices. I had really bad time with hetzner, OVH, leaseweb, crunchbits, hostpapa, speedyhost, leapswtich, vsys and even cloud hosting providers like vultr, digitalocean, linode and oracle. All just suspend my VPS or server with single DMCA notice. Better ones are colocrossing, hostslick, buyvm/frantech, the-online.com, etc.
