A dedicated server is a computer that is constantly connected to the Internet. Servers usually work in rack cabinets located in the server room. Hosting providers often provide a service of sharing entire servers dedicated to the client. The client can then use 100% of the machine's resources, i.e. disk space, RAM and the processing power of the processor.

The exclusive use of the resources of the entire dedicated server provides great development opportunities and freedom of operation. Completely personalized, independent of others environment and high SLA guarantee reliable operation and data access.

Dedicated servers are provided by suppliers in two options:

  1. Managed dedicated server (admin) - the client has access to the administration panel through which he manages the available resources of the leased server, e-mail, domains, FTP accounts or virtual servers. He can also count on the support of the host provider's technical service.

  2. Dedicated Root server - the client has access to the Root account allowing full control over the device. In this option, the server user configures the machine according to his own requirements and installs the necessary software (including the administration panel).

Arzhost also offers dedicated servers configured for selected solutions:

  1. Dedicated Magento server - along with the server, the customer receives a platform with a configuration dedicated to Magento, with the possibility of expansion to High Availability by implementing a database cluster and launching new application servers.

  2. Dedicated server for e-mail archiving - the server with which the client receives a fully configured environment: installed operating system, databases, web and proxy server, e-mail server and Webas management panel. The Safe Mail service enables the client to securely archive and manage copies.
