About the company:
A high-energy and rapidly growing digital agency that develops social
branded promotions applications for fortune 500 companies. They are
looking for an experienced Designer who can thrive in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment while supporting all client initiatives. A
passion for social media is a must. A member of the Technology team
should be clever, willing to adapt to a social environment that
changes daily, and able to work with a team of very passionate
developers and project managers.
Portfolio will be required for all candidates to be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Design interactive campaigns to run within social networks
* Implement designs in HTML and CSS
* Optimize images & layout for minimum size and maximum performance
Qualifications:
* Advanced understanding of User Experience and User Interfaces
* Experience with cross browser CSS and JavaScript
* Ability to provide creative solutions for client requirements
* Advanced knowledge of CSS and HTML
* Ability to splice a PSD file and convert it into a cross-browser
compliant web page
* Understanding of section 508 compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Javascript frameworks Prototype, ExtJS, jQuery
* Experience working for an advertising agency
