What are the current market rates for Web Coders engaged in PHP, JAVA,
C++ programming languages?

How about for Web Designers and Graphics Designers?

In India, they charge USD 10 - 20 / hour. Expensive ain't it?

For us to be competitive, we should charge lower than this.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.
