Fun With Snow Leopard

Many of you have already experienced the new OS Snow Leopard 10.6.

Should you have issues with printing and other basic functions, try
this:

Printing issue:

#1 - Go into System Preferences to verify the Printer is there.

#2 - Create a New User.

#3 - Log yourself out and then in with the New User.

#4 - Repeat step #1

#5 - Print something.

#6 - Repeat #3 (logging in with yourself)

#7 - Repeat #5

If it works then, That should do it.

If not, then call Support.

I had to do this same kind of thing on OS 10.5 to get my system-wide
spell checker running again. (On this issue Apple support had nothing
to offer other than "reinstall the whole system", so I was glad for
the workaround.)
