[web-app-theme] web-app-theme with blueprint

Hello Andrea,
I had used your web-app-theme in the past for a few projects. It has
worked quite well. Now I am running into Blueprint. Any advice on
how to use both in a project or they are not compatible?

All web-app-theme layout is in percentage, I think blueprint is more
on pixels, so I guess you need to make a lot of changes if you want to
use them together
