tools - add data filter

I am a newbie, so this may have already been asked, if it has just point me in the right direction.

but on this web demo - http://demo.oicweave.org/weave.html?file=test-data-filters.weave

there are 3 filters on the page and i see that from the Tools drop down, that there is a 'Add Data Filter' and a few additional adds

How do it get the Add Data Filter added to my Tools drop down?

Hello there,

It seems that you are talking about a different Weave than what is being discussed here. This group is about https://github.com/continuuity/weave, which was recently renamed and moved to http://twill.incubator.apache.org/.
