It’s a little scary in America right now, and not in that October ghosts and ghouls kind of way. Just this week Trump has called up National Guard units from Republican states, and sent them to invade and occupy other states and cities like Chicago.

You’re not imagining it – As we gear up for the second No Kings day of action on October 18, the regime’s fossil fueled fascism is getting worse:
- 💰Trump and his MAGA minions cut $8 billion from climate and clean energy programs while giving $625 million to dirty coal;
- 🛑 They shut down the federal government and called it an “opportunity” to fully enact Project 2025 - the authoritarian, climate denying, plan Trump once claimed to “know nothing about;”
- 👑AND summoned the leaders of the US military, and then told them to prepare to fight “the enemy within” and use US cities as “training grounds.”
All of which is why we’re joining millions of climate hawks and allies across the nation on October 18 to once again make it clear: America belongs to us. No crowns. No climate denial. No Kings! And the good news is there are now more than 2,100 events already planned - even more than for our first No Kings day of action in June!
