Good Morning,

A winter weather advisory is in effect from Indianapolis north and it is in this advisory area that we expect some accumulations of ice and snow.  The greatest threat of ice accumulations will be from Rockville to Lafayette to Tipton and Marion north.  The greatest threat of snow accumulations will be from Monticello to Logansport and Peru north.  This area will have some ice and the potential of 2-5 inches of snow.  Allow extra travel time later Wednesday into early Thursday and be prepared for some school delays or closings. Thursday will be cold with a few flurries and highs in the mid 20's.  Expect morning sun and afternoon clouds on Friday with highs in the middle 30's. Temperatures climb into the lower 40's ahead of rain arriving later Saturday.  That rain will change to snow later Saturday and linger into early Sunday.
