A few lingering showers are possible early Friday with some dry time into the afternoon hours. Rain chances return later in the afternoon and evening on Friday. The steadiest rain will fall on Friday night. Forecast highs are in the middle 60's on Friday and in the middle 70's on Saturday. Saturday will be the warmest day this weekend and it is the warmest in the 7-day forecast too. In fact, Saturday is the only day above average in the forecast for the next week. Highs dip back into the upper 60's on Sunday. There is still a chance of rain on Sunday, but right now it looks early in the day. Sunday will not be a washout. The cool weather continues next week with highs in the lower and middle 60's.  These numbers are about 10 degrees cooler than average for the early half of May.
