Shallow fog along the river to the E 0330z-0440z.  Small amounts of thin cirrus.  Excellent visibility.  Surface wind NE F0-1 becoming calm after 0400z.  Minimum temperature so far is 9.3 (0432z).

Gradually increasing amounts of high cloud throughout the morning, with some shallow high-based cumulus developing recently.  Excellent visibility.  Surface wind calm initially, becoming S-SSW F1-2 after 0630z, then SSW-SW F2-3 since 1045z.

Trace of shallow high-based cumulus at times.  Cirrus thickened up dramatically between 1300z and 1400z, covering the sun and with some virga observed.  The cirrus is now starting to thin from the NW.  Excellent visibility.  Surface wind S-SW F3.  Maximum temperature so far is 29.6 (1340z).
