SEPTEMBER 2023 in Penzance
A quite remarkable first 11 days. A spell which resulted in September being the warmest on record. The rest of the month was very unsettled, but still generally on the mild side.  September ended up the = warmest month of the year with June.

The 9th was the warmest day of the year, the latest recorded date for this.

A thunderstorm moving north around noon on 17th gave a number of rumbles & one close flash.
