Slight rain started in the past 15 minutes, large drops suggest it is falling from cloud above the stratus, which was patchier during the past hour with some medium cloud visible at that time.  Moderate or poor visibility.  Surface wind S F1-2 currently, it has been F3 at times overnight, and a few spells of light and variable too.  Minimum temperature so far is 3.9 (0126z).

Fog returned for a time around 0930z, and it took until 1140z for the low stratus to lift and disperse.  Patchy dense cirrus above with a trace of altocumulus.  Poor or very poor visibility rapidly improved to excellent a short time ago.  Surface wind S-SSW F1 but variable at times.
