Still very lively this morning (Sennen). Quite a ground sea.
The conditions have made getting supplies to Scilly a real issue for the whole month.

The swell has been increasing steadily all day. The Significant Wave Height at Sevenstones (off Lands End) has now reached 7m for the first time this Autumn. The biggest swells will be 50% bigger. A SWH of 11m at Sevenstones has a 5 year return period.
