A bit above average temperature but record dry here in Wembury with my record from 1986.

Mean max 10.3°C (+1.0 degC)
Mean min   4.4°C (+0.7 degC
Mean           7.3°C (+0.8 degC)
0 air frosts

Rain 12.7 mm  (14%)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Interesting to compare it with the cold of Feb 1986 which was also dominated by an unusually static high pressure, enabling Arctic continental air, occasionally supplied with moisture for snow scenarios.

Mean max  2.7°C
Mean min   -2.3°C
Mean           0.3°C
22 air frosts

Precipitation 21.0 mm (from 2 notable snow events)

Back in Feb 1986 I was in Wootton Bassett, possibly the most conservative (with a small and big C) place on Earth. One of these new estate sprawls full of boring people in boring middle management rolls in boring large corporations who had just relocated from London (a place I rather enjoyed). I know, I was one of them. Still the ludicrously large relocation grants the big firms hand out meant we could buy a house, and get on the property ladder ready to move on to Cornwall.

Anyway, back to the weather, it was really cold.
Absolute Maximum 3.5C
Absolute Minimum -11.0C
Mean -2.2C!
Snow fell on 8C but only in very unexciting amounts, which seemed to be the rule there. Tying in with it being the world most unexciting place. Total rainfall equivalent 6.4mm.
