Sunny intervals but often rather cloudy again.  Cloudy through the middle part of the afternoon, with a shower towards 17.00 local time.  Bright for a while afterwards, but a prolonged and heavy shower towards 19.00: 10 mm rainfall at Uccle.  Brighter subsequently, with a little further sunshine before dusk.  Still on the cool side of average  Moderate SSE to S wind veered SW in the evening.
