Woodley heavy shower 7pm 6/8/21

I drove over to Woodley (Reading) from Cholsey yesterday evening. We drove through some showers, but when we got to Sonning Bridge it started to rain heavily. We drove over the A4 into Pound Lane and into what I would estimate as a violent shower.

All along Pound Lane, over the railway bridge onto Butts Hill Road it continued, with flooding on the road. The rain eased as we got to Loddon Bridge Road, but it had obviously been extreme there as there was flooding on the road. Anyone in that area observe that and can confirm what intensities were measured?
