Global warming and Irving Berlin

Irving Berlin wrote the song 'White Christmas' in 1942.

Clearly he knew about global warming a full 80 yrs ago when he wrote:

'I'm dreaming of a White Christmas

Just like the one's I used to know..'

I think this is hard evidence that global warming has been going on

for sometime.

It might even persuade Donald Trump.

Indeed Len.

But I'm sure Irving Berlin simply saw a commercial opening.  He was very smart.

If somebody today could come up with some cancelling software that would kill dead "I'm dreaming of a White Christmas" and "Rocking around the Christmas Tree" and "Mary's boy-child" he/she would be remembered long after Irving Berlin.
