"Troll from Trondheim"

I realise that journalists need to write catchy headlines and the "Troll from Trondheim" is clearly one such attempt.  But a little research would have shown that Trondheim, thanks to the North Atlantic Current (aka Gulf Stream), is not in fact all that cold   Norwegians are unfairly being blamed.  No doubt their press will come up with something equally catchy when we export a gale.

This all stems from the fact that there are no international treaties banning the export of unpleasant weather.
