I've seen hurricanes pass close by NOAA weather buoys before, but I've never seen a direct hit like today at 15 UTC between 41004 and the eye of Dorian.

The pressure is a shade under 960 hpa, and as the wind dropped the temperature picked up to 27.0°C with an RH of 100%.
