Currently there is stratus moving NE to SW, covering Caer Caradoc and Hope Bowdler hill, with a layer of stratocumulus above, and a tiny patch of blue sky to the NW. Very good visibility becoming good or moderate in precipitation. Surface wind ENE F1 becoming NE F2-3 after 0100Z, then F3-4 after 0500Z, backing NNE after 0730Z.
