Sunshine at times in the morning, but often large amounts of cloud.  Loud rumble of thunder around midday, followed by a fairly heavy shower.  Broken cloud with some sunshine in the second half of the afternoon, but more cloudy again towards evening.  Very cool: below 10°C at Uccle much of the time.  Mostly light SW to W wind veered NW to N from early afternoon, and N and then NE from early evening onwards.
