Slight rain turned moderate for a very short period of time just after 0600z, and ceased around 0630z. Patchy low stratus started to form around the time the rain stopped, covering Ragleth hill for a time, gradually lifting after 0700z, and becoming cumuliform after 0830z, which is now building strongly. Stratocumulus and altocumulus layers above have thinned over the past hour. Very good or excellent visibility. Surface wind SSW F1-2 becoming F3 after 0830z.
