20th June - 80mm/hr
Today (22nd) 50.4 mm/hr
Today's shower developed in situ and hasn't really moved, hence 17mm and counting, temp dropped from 26C to 18C. Shower started at 7:30pm
I can't remember so many violent showers in such a short period of time.
UK definition of a violent shower is 50mm/hr or more.
In the normally dry Cholsey, S Oxfordshire
