Copley 257m asl temperature obs last 24 hours to 09Z 26th May 2026
Max 27.6C Min 15.2C
Max highest since 27.7C on 22/05/2010, so very close. (Copley was the warmest MetO site in UK on that day 16 years ago!!)
Min, new high by almost 3C, previous 12.3C last May.
Also 15.2hr sun (electronic) 14.0hr Campbell Stokes

Max 28.5C min 12.2C
Max, new record, previous high 27.2C in 2010, min 0.1C lower than the record high, so very close again.
