You can get temperature extremes from http://www.pmdnmcc.net/websites/RealTime/Data/CT.txt and rainfall from https://nwfc.pmd.gov.pk/new/assets/rainfall/28-10-2024.pdf. Not ideal, but better than nothing. SYNOPs are available from Ogimet (https://www.ogimet.com/display_synopsc2.php?lang=en&estado=Pak&tipo=ALL&ord=REV&nil=SI&fmt=txt&ano=2024&mes=10&day=27&hora=09&anof=2024&mesf=10&dayf=28&horaf=09&send=send)

There was an additional 50% more locations than you get on Ogimet etc.
