Mainly light showers during the first half of the morning, and mostly cloudy until mid-afternoon, with only brief bright or sunny intervals.  Heavy shower reported at Uccle around midday but no rain at my location.  Brighter from mid-afternoon, with broken cloud and sunshine.  Rather cool.  Light to moderate wind from between W and NNW.
