Synoptic setup right for a VERY big swell. Nice great circle route for thousands of miles. Cornwall just far south to make it really clean & gently refracted. Portugal normally gets this in winter
Never get's a mention on the forecasts unless it's windy. For extreme sport enthusiasts only.
