Prolonged sunshine only weakened very slightly by high cloud today. Warm, but not too warm. 22C in Penzance at 12:30.
Lands End this morning. Walk 400 yards from the horrors of the Lands End complex, built be Peter D'Savary, and . . .
The rock just offshore is the Iron Knight, good accumulation of guano at the moment.
F3-4 easterly on the cliff tops. Despite the wind direction the visibility is still E. Scilly just visible from the mainland (around 30 miles)

5.6mm here in July. All measurable rain in 3 events, 2.1mm (thunderstorm), 1.5mm & 2.0 mm.
Glad I'm not in London today & tomorrow.
