Moderate hoar frost. Ground frozen. Snow still lying on nearby hills and north-facing slopes. Cloudy or overcast (medium layers) breaking to small amounts after 2300Z. Currently there is Cu visible to SW and N, with some thin stratocumulus, and a patch of dense cirrus to the SE. Very good or excellent visibility. Surface wind mostly light and variable, becoming NE F2 Wednesday afternoon for a time, then SSW-SW F2-3 from 0400Z onwards.
