Matthew never made it out of the Sargasso sea, but Nicole is getting out of the Bermuda triangle, and by the looks of it is heading for iceland in the next three or four days, as a quite intense extratropical low according to the latest GFS model.

NHC have it as 'hurricane' status until at least latitude 54degN as of the overnight guidance.

I heard Carol going on about it saying that Nicole was responsible for the anticyclone later this week. You can see how something with that much warmth and energy heading poleward would contort the upper flow and cause the opposite to happen 30° to the east.
