Thunderstorm in Wembury

Thunderstorm atm here in Wembury. Frequent thunderclaps. Cloud to cloud lightning. Formed quickly to deep convection in what appears in deeply unstable air aloft.

I noticed that on the radar.

Meanwhile, here in the far SW low cloud/mist along the north coast, sunny and warm on the south. Fairly sunny in Penzance, though temperature held down a bit by the nearness of the sea fog / mist. Even so, around 11am it was  a very cool13C in mist at Camborne, a pleasantly warm 18C in Penzance. 

Todays showers/storms haven't made it this side of Truro.

Last rain here 1.5mm on 14th.  A dry month here.
