Even then was on a knife edge. 15mm so far but I am only just on the Eastern edge and just a few miles East are dry. This is bad news for East Kent, East Essex and East Suffolk who are desperate for rain as well. Doesn't seem to be any Easterly drift of the "streamer" either.
