Saturday & Monday see the biggest swell forecasts for some time. Saturday's swing is particularly powerful due to the long period, but Monday's coincides with a particularly big Spring tide.
From Windguru (Well, Magic Seaweed is no more, and this at least give some detail - though it's aimed at windsurfers primarily)
On the north coast at Sennen, significant swell height (biggest swell will be around 50% bigger) exceeds 5m on both Saturday & Monday.
On the south coast, Monday is the time to watch. The swell forecast is a good deal bigger than on Saturday, the wind is onshore, and it all coincides with the big spring tide.
