West Cornwall - Big differences in weather

With this humid air there's been some huge differences in weather over very short distances.

I left a fairly sunny and warm Penzance @ 13:00 with the car thermometer showing 17c (the 'real' temperature was around 16.5C). Two miles away in Marazion it was thick fog & 13C (at best). Then at Hayle I was back in warm sunshine, with an impressive looking shower stuck just west of Camborne, almost certainly associated with a north coast onset sea breeze. 

Out on Scilly, which has been plagued by sea fog lately, a glorious warm & sunny afternoon. Tresco around 15:15

Cleared up nicely in St Ives this afternoon, looking like Summer.
