Convective cloud dispersed before 1400z.  Altocumulus layer has thickened up and lowered.  Visibility declining but still just into the very good category.  Surface wind backed SE not long after 1200z, and continued to back to NE, F1 occasionally F2.  Maximum temperature so far is 19.1 (1425z).
