A wet day Saturday, mainly slight to moderate rain, but moderate to heavy rain and drizzle 1500z to 1830z - oddly accompanied by sunny intervals and rainbows as the upper cloud layers cleared - eventually stopping before 2000z.  Some fog patches during the first half of the night when cloud breaks developed.  Extensive low stratus started to lift and break from 1800z, with clear spells developing after 1930z, then mostly cloudy from 2300z.  Poor or very poor visibility improving to good or very good by midnight, and is now excellent.  Surface wind ENE F1-2 becoming light and variable during the evening, then SW F2 from 2300z.
