6th & 8th were dry days with sunny spells (6th was exceptionally mild). 7th saw the front clear late morning to givie a dry afternoon with sunny spells. Today it was slower to clear, but still a pleasant enough afternoon out at Sennen.

The relentless big sea continues, with a huge amount of salt spray in the air. The spray caught in a burst of sunshine at the far end of the beach (Gwenver). The waves coming in at Gwenver were a good 10' at times.

The big swll has reulted in a very flat beach profile, though still far more sand than early in the summer when the lack of SW winds resulted in the sand being eroded and deposited in unusual places. No trees this close to Lands End, I wonder why!
