Started with a fair bir of cloud, ended with cloud & wind, but 11:00-16:00 was mainly sunny. Warm at Sennen , where the wind was offshore, but even in 'onshore' Penzance it reached a pleasant 20.3C

An obvious rip where the arrow is, preventing surf, and bending the beach break. Not as close to the red/yellow flag marked swimming area as it may appear from this photo, and the lifeguards are on the water'ss edge making sure nobody ventures into it. Apart from the real surfers who use it as an easy way out to beyond the breaking waves.
