but last Feb was record dry in my 39 yr record with only 12.7 mm.

Interesting figures. The present wetness portrays a dry summer to come. LOL.

However, the mildness has been really exceptional (so far).

Mean Max 10.8C (+4.1)

Mean Min   9.0C 

Mean        10.8C (+3.3)

The mildest February on record being 9.5C in 2020, so currently way above that, though indications of a change on the way.
