Went to Lossiemouth on Sunday. Ventusky cloud forecast was 60 to 70% high cloud (only).
Temperature forecast was 10C with 'feels like' 2C.
I'm not a great fan of 'feel like' or 'perceived' temperatures but in the 20 to 25 knot wind (as per forecast), it certainly felt that cold.
Ventusky had been very accurate today.
This photo doesn't tell the story of 'feels like' but I soon retreated to the car after taking the picture. I just don't 'do' cold.
However, my wife did a 1 hr 15 minute walk. Allegedly, Neanderthals tolerated the cold very well. We all apparently have some Neanderthal in our DNA. Stella has more than most. people!
