Bright and dry in Brussels with variable cloud and sunshine but still fairly cool: 16.7°C max

Sunny start but areas of high and medium-level cloud moved down from the north later in the morning, and sunshine was then only intermittent.  It became completely cloudy for a time from mid-afternoon, but the cloud broke and cleared again in the evening.  Still rather cool.  Light NNW to N wind veered NNE in the late afternoon.
