Slight drizzle through much of Thursday and overnight, dry since about 0500Z.  Very misty Thursday, thickening into fog late morning for a time, dispersing late in the night.  Extensive low stratus throughout daylight hours on Thursday, but breaking during the evening, with the moon visible through thin stratocumulus above.  Currently there is a low stratocumulus sheet with some small breaks, with a few patches of stratus underneath to the SW.  Poor or very poor visibility, improving to moderate during the evening.  Currently moderate or good.  Surface wind NE-ENE F2, temporarily F3 during the evening, then F0-1 from 0630Z.
