My reduced mobility as I approach 85 has somewhat restricted where I am able to go to take pictures.  But an excellent website, Night Cafe: 
enables me to 'visit' from the safety of my home 'studio'.  A few samples.

Night Cafe has a free option but for more sophisticated creations, a small fee can be paid.  Some of my weather 'pictures'.

I should have given the title as "Artificially generated Weather pictures" to make the thread more obvious but I can't see how to edit a post.

I think they are pretty impressive. The only thing I would say is the surfer appears to be going backwards on a piece of expanded polystyrene.  This is using old fashioned photoshop

Here off Nairn, surfers are often seen facing the wrong way - after they have fallen off their tray (or whatever the thing is is called).
