Could turn out to be the lowest maximum temperature since last winter. Maximum so far 7.8C. With a good F4, occasionally 5, W wind, it feels distinctly cold, especially in a shower.

Reached 9.8C eventually - At 09:00 today!
Very heavy rain since 08:00. (now 10:30)
