CET ... worth keeping an eye on this year?

.... Obviously a long way to go this year, but the current CET anomaly is doing its best to poke out of the top of the chart: the latest GPC outlooks (taking us 6 months ahead) suggest either neutral or above-average temperatures ahead; Will be interesting to re-visit the data in a couple of months time to see how things are progressing.
