Fog patches from 0400z until 0620z, lifting into low stratus before dispersing.  Low-based cumulus started to form around 0720z, and the base has gradually risen since then.  Very good visibility becoming poor or very poor after 0400z, then improving to good by 0700z.  Surface wind calm or light and variable becoming ENE-E F2 after 0800z.
