7m swell for the Lands End peninsula, into Mount's Bay and the west coast of the Lizard tomorrow morning

Could be great cleaned up surf in Portugal, away from area of generation and in much lighter winds.

MetO forecast a peak of 6.9m at Sennen, which agrees with Magic Seaweed

Could be really nasty out on Scilly
